The Seven Guidelines for Safe Use of MapList

Here are some guidelines to keep you safe while finding infos and great deals on MapList.

1. MapList is local: Don’t trade over distances or internationally
2. Use common sense and trust your instincts: If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
3. Do not use obscure payment methods (Western Union, BidPay, etc.)
4. Agree upon and document all transaction details (buyer / seller info., ad details, payment details, emails, etc.)
5. In case of fraud, file a Police Report
6. MapList does not offer any sort of buyer protection programs or secure payment systems.
7. Inform MapList of fraud so that we can try to block the fraudster
